As a qualified pre and postnatal exercise specialist and a level 3 Personal Trainer, I don't believe in a one size fits all.

I offer BUMP FITT antenatal sessions designed to keep you strong throughout pregnancy, MAMA FITT sessions to help you return to fitness safely along with evening and bootcamp sessions for if you want to take it up a gear outside of a gym.

All classes are designed to help you feel great and see results in no time.

Completed the Onefitrun with Sabrina on Monday and ran for 30mins - whoo hoo! This was an amazing experience and yet it was one I wasn’t sure about doing initially! Also met a lovely group of like-minded people who are so supportive. Sabrina is fab, both in encouragement during the sessions and throughout the week sending encouraging messages and well dones. So pleased I did it - none of our group wanted it to be over! If you’re considering it, do it!

Sabrina is fab.  Been attending her Bump classes and she makes it so relaxed you don't even feel like you're working out (even though you feel it the next day).  She's really Supportive and helps you to change the exercises to suit your own needs.

Nice friendly group at Loughborough and the exercises really do make you sweat!! I ached for a few days as I havent exercised in so long, but have just signed up for next month... my little one (9 months) is happy to sit and play whilst watching us all run arounding sweating!
