BUMP FITT

Maintaining your fitness in a safe and effective way throughout your pregnancy can be tricky. It can be difficult to understand what type of exercises are right for YOU and your growing baby. The good news is exercise (in a ‘normal, uncomplicated pregnancy) can be hugely beneficial physically and mentally.


Bump FITT is a one-hour low impact class, using light weights, resistance bands and body weight exercises to help you continue to feel fit and strong in pregnancy and prepare your body for labour and birth.  This class finishes with a chance to get to know your fellow mums-to-be and relax.

MAMA FITT

A 45 Minute Circuit Based Class Suitable from 6 weeks Postpartum or 10 -12 Weeks post C-Section.

Not just an opportunity to return to fitness safely, this class is fun and friendly, with mats, toys, bouncers and bumbo seats for your little one.

RUN FITT

The aim of this 8 week programme is for attendees to achieve the target of running consistently for 30 minutes. A bit like a couch to 5k - but with all the Find Your FITT fun and support thrown in!

Each session is around 30 minutes long, but I do give everyone homework.

You don’t need any running experience, just a good pair of trainers! ...And I really mean that! You don’t need to be able to run. The course really starts so gently to get you there.

This course isn’t suitable for mums with babies under 6 months, mums with pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic girdle dysfunction, diastasis recti (tummy muscle separation). If you are unsure or would like to speak about a specific medical condition please contact me directly.
