A low intensity interval training class designed to support your changing body during pregnancy. Suitable from 14 weeks of pregnancy through to birth. This circuit class will give you the opportunity to use weights, resistance bands and mat work for a great workout, while getting to know other local pregnant mamas. With plenty of time to chat on the way round and a relaxation session to finish.
