Service Description

Part PT session, part postnatal assessment. In the comfort of your own home we can check your tummy for Diastasis Recti and take you through a routine to help bring your tummy muscles back together and strengthen your pelvic floor. You will receive printed guides, taking you through progression moves and do some gentle low impact exercises and strength training tailored to your own goals.
